Wallet address, profile info you give us (name, email), KYC/AML documents, and basic usage/analytics data.

• Analytics to improve the platform — our legitimate interest
• Marketing (if any) — only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help run the platform, regulators when legally required, and anyone else you've specifically consented to.

We do not transfer your data outside the EEA.

Account/KYC data: duration of account + 5 years as required by AML law.

Analytics: 6 months.

Onchain activity is public and permanent by design — your wallet address and transaction history are visible to anyone, and we can't alter or delete that once it's recorded.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data; object to or restrict how we use it; and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@tcu29.io. You can also file complaints to your national data protection authority.

Some data (KYC) is legally required. Without it we can't open your account. Other data is optional.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
