TCu29 tokens represent ownership of physical copper reserves. These tokens are classified as asset-backed tokens and not securities. However, regulatory classifications may vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for understanding the legal status of these tokens in their jurisdiction before engaging with the platform.

TCu29 operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We maintain appropriate licenses and registrations as required in the jurisdictions where we operate. We implement robust Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.

All content on the TCu29 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of TCu29 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without the prior written consent of TCu29.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCu29 and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Any content obtained from the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Market volatility or fluctuations in the price of copper or TCu29 tokens

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TCu29 and its licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Legal Terms or your use of the platform.

These Legal Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

If any provision of these Legal Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Legal Terms will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by TCu29 of any term or condition set forth in these Legal Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of TCu29 to assert a right or provision under these Legal Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Legal Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and TCu29 with respect to the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the platform.
